Same great team now under a new name

In September 2021, McCaskill and Associates, Inc., a full service Land Surveying and Civil Design firm, merged with The Reaves Firm. Tim and Teresa McCaskill and their crew augment the work of The Reaves Firm and can be contacted through this website or by calling 901-382-2577.

McCaskill and Associates, Inc. was founded in 1990, and has completed over 6,000 surveys and 400 site design projects including FedEx World Headquarters, National Civil Rights Museum, Main Street Trolley, and Briarcrest Christian School.  Their clients include attorneys, contractors, architects, developers, realtors, lending institutions, geologists, and individual home and business owners.

Tim and his team specializes in as-built and topographic surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, construction layout and more.

Land surveying is one of the first steps in any design or construction project, land or building purchase. Property surveying is an art as well as a science. The job of the surveyor is to retrace the steps and determine the intent of the original surveyor based on available evidence and records.
