The Commercial Appeal highlighted Phase 1 of Glasgow (former Germantown Country Club) and Thornwood recently. Glasgow’s Phase 1 will be about 74 acres and Thornwood’s Phase 6 & 7 feature a new hotel and high-end apartments. The Reaves Firm serve as the civil engineer and landscape architect on these projects.

A Minnesota developer has filed a building permit valued at $38.4 million with the Memphis and Shelby County Division of Planning and Development to construct a data center at 3900 S.
